Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets the ground rules for using the Flash Props API. It supplements the Terms of Service.

You may

• Build applications, bots, dashboards, spreadsheets, agents, alerts, and internal tools on top of the API responses.
• Cache responses reasonably within your own product.

You may not

• Resell, redistribute, or republish the raw data feed as a standalone or competing dataset.
• Scrape or mirror the API in bulk to reconstruct or replace it.
• Exceed your tier's rate limits or create keys to evade quotas or caps.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to facilitate illegal gambling, or to target anyone under 21.
• Attempt to breach security, disrupt the Service, or access data that is not yours.

Data rights

We grant you a limited, revocable license to use API responses within your own product. This is not a grant of ownership of the underlying data, and does not include redistribution rights. Upstream data providers may have their own terms; use responsibly.

Enforcement

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access for violations, with or without notice depending on severity.
