Terms of Service
Last updated July 12, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Flash Props API (the "Service"), operated by Flash AI Solutions. By creating an API key or calling the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a developer API that returns sports player-prop data (over/under lines and odds) for informational purposes. Flash Props is an independent product. It is not a sportsbook, does not accept wagers, does not facilitate gambling, and does not guarantee any outcome or profit. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any league, team, sportsbook, or daily-fantasy operator.
2. Your key and account
Keep your API key secret. You are responsible for all activity under your key. We may rate-limit, suspend, or revoke keys that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
3. Data and accuracy
Data is aggregated from third-party sources and provided "as is." It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Do not rely on it for financial, betting, or other decisions. See live coverage at /status.
4. Payment and cancellation
Paid tiers are billed monthly through Stripe, or prepaid with USDC. You can cancel a card subscription at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prepaid crypto access runs for the period purchased and does not auto-renew. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, abuse, or non-payment.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flash AI Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses (including gambling losses) arising from use of the Service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
